AIR Communities is hiring an Apartment Community Manager for Residences at Capital Crescent Trail in North Bethesda, Maryland.

In this leadership role, you'll direct community operations, drive leasing and financial performance, develop a high-performing team, and deliver an exceptional resident experience. What We Offer

AIR offers attractive compensation packages that reward performance including:

• Expected salary range of $65,000 - $76,000 annually + 15% target bonus opportunity.  You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.
• Commissions for new leases and renewals. 
• An Apartment Benefit option is available to live on-site at the community you are working. The market rent is included as additional income to your base salary and automatically applied to the 100% of the rent cost. Income taxes apply to 80% of the rent cost, as it is considered taxable income. The unit will be selected and approved by Operations leadership based on availability. (certain exclusions apply, specific unit is based on availability and must be approved by operations leadership and an application is required).

What You Will Do

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing leasing and maintenance team, fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and exceptional service.
• Provide exemplary service to residents and team members
• Own the community's financial performance through budgeting, revenue growth, expense management, forecasting, and achievement of operational goals.
• Lead and develop leasing and maintenance teams while driving occupancy, resident satisfaction, retention, compliance, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

What You Have

• At least 4 years of experience with sales, customer service, and asset management ideally in property management or similar industry (hospitality, retail, restaurants etc.)
• At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role in property management. 
• 2-4 years of experience leading a team of people in competitive sales and customer service environment
• Demonstrated success coaching, developing, and retaining high-performing teams.
• Demonstrated ability using sales processes and metrics to drive results
• Experience managing budgets, analyzing performance metrics, and driving operational and financial results.
• Knowledge of various property management systems and tools (ie, Entrata, OneSite, SmartRent, Salesforce etc.)
