Outlook Apartments in Springville is looking to add a friendly, motivated Leasing Agent to our growing team. Position Details

This is a full-time role offering an hourly rate of $16 to $18, based on experience, along with monthly performance bonuses.

Role Overview

In this position, you will play an important part in supporting occupancy goals while creating a great experience for both prospective and current residents.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include responding to leasing inquiries through phone, email, and online channels, following up with prospects, and converting leads into residents. You'll schedule and conduct apartment tours, walk applicants through lease terms, pricing, and community features, and assist current residents with questions or service requests. This role also involves preparing and maintaining resident files and supporting overall community marketing and leasing efforts.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone with a positive and professional approach, strong organizational and time management skills, and a commitment to excellent customer service. The right candidate will be comfortable managing challenging situations with professionalism, be self-motivated, and be able to work independently.

While not required, it's helpful if you have experience with Fair Housing laws, a background in sales, or prior leasing or multifamily experience. Familiarity with Entrata or similar property management software and a basic understanding of financials or budgeting are also a plus. We are happy to train the right person.
