St. Teresa Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, located in Manchester, NH, is a 51-bed skilled nursing facility providing both short- and long-term care in a warm, supportive environment tailored to each resident’s individual needs. As an Apartment Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for residents. This position supports Bishop Primeau Apartments, a community of 25 spacious private residences located adjacent to St. Teresa Rehabilitation & Nursing Center.  While offering the services, amenities, and activities of larger senior living communities, Bishop Primeau stands out for its close-knit, personalized atmosphere.


We are currently seeking a full-time Apartment Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate tenant records and files 
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to ensure apartment occupancy 
  • Communicate effectively with tenants and their families 
  • Address and resolve tenant concerns and complaints 


Requirements

 

  • High school diploma or equivalent required 
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
