In this role, you will play a vital part in overseeing the daily operations and management of our multi-family property. Recruit, coach, motivate, and develop a highly skilled team. Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the property management team. Collaborate with various departments to ensure effective property operations.   Resident Relations: Assist in leasing activities, including property tours, application processing, and lease execution. Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, addressing needs and concerns promptly. Coordinate maintenance and repair requests, ensuring timely issue resolution.   Financial Management: Assist in budgeting, financial reporting, and expense tracking to achieve property financial goals. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation. Provide administrative assistance, including lease document preparation and background checks. Support rent collection, track delinquencies, and coordinate lease renewals.   Marketing and Outreach: Contribute to marketing efforts by creating and promoting property-specific materials and social media updates. Participate in outreach activities to attract potential residents and maintain high occupancy rates.   Vendor and Partner Relationships: Collaborate with external vendors, contractors, and partners to ensure high-quality services and timely repairs.   Compliance and Regulations: Ensure compliance with property management policies, fair housing laws, and relevant regulations. Stay informed about changes in property management laws and regulations. Qualifications: EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Required: High school diploma or equivalent Preferred: College degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or related field COMPETENCIES: To excel in this role, you should have proven experience in property management or a related field, with a focus on leasing and resident relations. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, proficiency in basic computer software and property management technology Knowledge of fair housing regulations, and the ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment are essential.
