Job Details: Job Location: Hackney House Apartments - Oconomowoc, WI, Position Type: Full Time, Education Level: Not Specified, Salary Range: $22.00 - $25.00, Job Shift: Day, Job Category: Real Estate, Mandel Group, Inc. is searching for a Full-Time apartment Assistant Community Manager to complete our team at Hackney House, a luxury multi-use apartment community located in Oconomowoc, WI.  The Assistant Community Manager will assist with the administrative duties (including rent collection) and leasing goals for the apartment community. A successful assistant will enjoy a diverse set of job responsibilities, be able to handle and adapt easily to working with multiple deadlines and pay close attention to detail. Excellent customer service skills are a must, as well as being personable and a team player. Experience with Entrata preferred. Day-to-Day Tasks of an Assistant Property Manager: Provide excellent customer service; Lease apartments; Assist with bill and invoice entry; Collection of rent; Draft new lease and renewal lease agreements; Identify and implement creative programs for residents; Provide knowledge of places of interest in the apartment community area; Lead the social media marketing efforts; Other tasks to assist in making the apartment community the best it can be.
