What You'll Do

Provide outstanding customer service to residents and prospects
Answer phones and assist prospective residents
Conduct apartment tours and support leasing efforts
Process applications and maintain resident records
Collect rent, deposits, and application fees
Receive and coordinate maintenance requests
Prepare reports and assist with daily office operations
Support the Property Manager and help ensure community success

Basic computer and office equipment proficiency
Reliable transportation required
Multifamily, leasing, or customer service experience preferred
