Richman Property Services, Inc. is currently seeking a full-time Assistant Property Manager with a passion for community and excellence to join our esteemed Richman Signature (Luxury) Team.
Position: Assistant Property Manager
Location: Palm Ranch Apartments, Davie, FL

📋 Responsibilities
· Prepare resident legal notices and process annual lease renewals
· Verify lease information accuracy; handle resident inquiries and complaints promptly and courteously
· Manage work orders and maintain accurate records in Yardi software
· Conduct unit inspections and manage move-in/move-out processes
· Assist in leasing activities, resident relations, and social event planning
· Supervise turnkey operations in the absence of the Property Manager
· Rent collection, follow up on delinquencies, and resolve accounting discrepancies
✅ Position Requirements
· Education: Associate's degree or equivalent experience
· Experience: 2-4 years in the apartment industry, preferably in an Assistant and Leasing position
· Experience with Yardi software is preferred
· Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Property Management software (e.g., Yardi), with strong communication, organizational, and analytical/problem-solving skills
· Knowledge of Fair Employment Housing and EEO laws
· Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus
· Valid Driver's License required
