Join Our Team as an Assistant Property Manager!
Are you a motivated leader with a passion for building thriving communities? Richman Property Services, Inc. is looking for a dynamic, full-time Assistant Property Manager who takes initiative, drives results, and genuinely cares about the residents they serve.
Position: Assistant Property Manager
Location: You will be primarily based at our Autumn Place Apartments in Temple Terrace, FL 33637, with 50% of your time supporting our sister community, Hunt Club Apartments, in Tampa, FL 33614. Travel between both properties is required.
Key Qualifications:
· Tax Credit/Affordable Housing (LIHTC) experience preferred
· Yardi software proficiency
· Bilingual (English/Spanish)

What You’ll Do:
· Partner with the Property Manager to drive community performance and achieve strategic goals
· Ensure full compliance with company policies, Fair Housing laws, and regulatory requirements
· Build strong resident relationships by responding to inquiries and resolving concerns with professionalism and care
· Manage work orders and maintenance requests efficiently through Yardi software
· Coordinate lease renewals, rental increases, and unit inspections with precision
· Oversee seamless move-in and move-out processes that leave a lasting positive impression
· Champion leasing efforts and resident retention initiatives
· Maintain accurate, detail-oriented records and documentation
What You’ll Bring:
· Education: Associate’s degree or equivalent hands-on experience
· Experience: 2+ years in an Assistant Property Manager or Leasing role within the apartment industry; LIHTC and Yardi experience strongly preferred
· Skills & Certifications:
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software
· Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
· Knowledge of Fair Employment Housing and EEO laws
· Valid Driver’s License required
