CLK Multifamily Management, LLC Full-Time | On-Site | Non-Exempt

CLK Multifamily Management is a sole owner-operated company with over 20 years in the industry and a safety-first culture for every employee. We're looking for a detail-oriented Assistant Manager to support day-to-day operations at our community and step in to lead the property in the Manager's absence.

What You'll Do (a snapshot — not a full list)

  • Support the Property Manager in daily operations, stepping in to manage the community when needed
  • Maintain accurate resident records, including daily updates on rents, deposits, and application fees received
  • Issue notices as needed (late payments, returned checks, evictions) and support the collections process on move-outs
  • Assist with leasing and resident retention, including touring prospective residents, handling inquiries, and processing lease renewals
  • Greet and respond to prospective and current residents, vendors, and suppliers by phone and in person
  • Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports, including move-out activity and leasing paperwork
  • Proofread lease documentation and process move-ins, move-outs, and security deposit reports
  • Route resident service requests to maintenance and follow up to confirm completion
  • Conduct property walks, address visible service needs, and support move-out and vacancy inspections

What You'll Need

  • At least 1 year of property management experience
  • Proficiency with property management software (e.g., UKG, RealPage, Yardi, or similar) and Microsoft Office
  • Strong customer service, organizational, and communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Fair Housing laws a plus
