Habitat America, seeks an experienced, professional Full-Time Assistant Property Manager for Broadview and Woodcliffe Manor in Baltimore, MD. This community is made up of almost 500 Market Rate units.

The Assistant Property Manager must be able to step in the Property Manager role in their absence, therefore it is imperative that candidates have excellent customer service skills, written and oral communications skills and an attention to detail. To be considered for this position, candidates must have least 3 years of prior property management experience as a Assistant Community Manager or Leasing professional.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Must have at least 3 years prior property management experience as an Assistant Community Manager or similar
  • Experience with planning resident events and newsletter planning
  • Yardi Software experience strongly preferred
  • Must be able to work individually and meet deadlines
  • Must be able to lead a team while being part of a team
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills are required
  • Must have an attention to detail for both the physical property and required paperwork.
