Located in Metro Phoenix, Biltmore Properties has been providing affordable property management services since 1976. With a great reputation and culture, Biltmore is looking to add an administrative assistant to our team to help support regional managers and the main office.
What's your day like?
As a new Assistant Property Manager at Biltmore Properties Inc., your day-to-day responsibilities will involve a variety of tasks aimed at maintaining a high standard of property management. You will start your Monday through Friday schedule by conducting property inspections to ensure safety and compliance. Engaging with residents will be a key part of your role, assisting with inquiries and resolving any issues that arise. You'll be responsible for processing maintenance requests and coordinating with service providers to ensure timely resolutions. Additionally, you will manage rental applications and lead tenant screenings, maintaining paperwork and compliance records meticulously.
Administrative duties will require proficiency in property management software and effective communication with the team. Expect a dynamic environment where problem-solving and customer-focused approaches are essential, all while contributing to the overall success of our properties in Phoenix.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:- LIHTC and Affordable Housing experience preferred
