Position: Assistant Property Manager

Company: The Finger Companies

Property: 500 Crawford

Compensation: $23.00/hour (paid bi-weekly)

   Generous Commissions: new moves-ins AND renewals (paid monthly)

   Delinquency Bonus (paid monthly)

   Team incentives for property performance (paid monthly)

   Annual merit pay increase

   Professional Attire Stipend ($700 paid twice per year)

 

The Finger Companies is seeking an Assistant Property Manager. This position requires the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with strong computer and communication skills. Computer skills required include working knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook and a proficient knowledge of web–based property management software (RealPage products, OneSite, Applicant screening, DOC management and others – preferred).

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining accurate resident records, move ins, move outs, notices, ledgers, etc.
  • Monitor and manage rent collections and delinquencies.
  • Generating and serving monthly 3-day notices inside residents’ apartments.
  • Filing and maintaining Legal eviction cases through the Nationwide online portal.
  • Walking vacated units and assessing final move out charges.
  • Processing Final Statements of Deposits Accounts.
  • Leasing/Marketing.
  • Perform monthly review of month end accounting reports and close period process. 
  • Handle resident inquiries, concerns and service requests promptly and professionally. 
  • Conduct all business in accordance with Company policies and procedures, Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act and all other laws pertaining to apartments.

 

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience as an Assistant Property Manager.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software OneSite and Real Page.
