Your Responsibilities

Methunion Manor Cooperative is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to assist with 149 units of Project Based Section 8 and market rate housing in the South End area of Boston, MA. The community also consists of 5 commercial spaces. The work hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.  Responsibilities include supporting the Property Manager in overseeing the daily operations of a residential building.  This role involves managing shareholder relations, leasing, annual recertifications, rent collections, reporting, handling maintenance requests, and ensuring the property runs smoothly and efficiently. Professionally interacting with the Shareholders and Board Members of the Cooperative.
