Looking for a property management role where you can build your skills, work with a supportive team, and make a meaningful impact for residents?
Community Housing Partners is seeking an Assistant Property Manager I to support the day-to-day operations of one of our communities. This role is a great fit for someone who is organized, customer-focused, comfortable juggling multiple priorities, and interested in growing a career in property management.
You’ll work closely with the Property Manager and help keep the property running smoothly through leasing, resident support, rent collection, compliance, and administrative coordination.

What You’ll Do
Provide friendly, professional service to residents and applicants by phone, email, and in person.
Process applications and maintain accurate waiting lists.
Support leasing activities to help maintain strong occupancy.
Assist with coordinating unit turns and move-ins.
Complete resident recertifications with guidance and review.
Maintain accurate, organized resident files and documentation.
Collect and post rent payments accurately and on time.
Assist with rent calculations and account adjustments.
Conduct routine property inspections as assigned.
Enter, track, and follow up on maintenance work orders.
Support the Property Manager with daily property operations and administrative needs.

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
0–3 years of property management, leasing, administrative, or customer service experience preferred.
Basic understanding of property management practices preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Ability to learn property management software such as Yardi.
