Pedcor Homes is seeking a full-time Assistant Property Manager for one of our Florida communities. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional who is ready to grow their career with a company that invests in its people, properties, and residents.
What You'll Do
As the Assistant Property Manager, you'll partner with the Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of a thriving apartment community. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the day-to-day management of the community
- Collecting and tracking rent, deposits, and late fees
- Conducting move-out reconciliations
- Touring apartments and showcasing community amenities
- Processing applications and verifying rental, employment, and credit history
- Preparing lease documents and resident files
- Delivering exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents
- Assisting with leasing, resident retention, and occupancy goals
- Supporting the property team and helping drive community success
What We're Looking For
Our ideal candidate will have:
- 2+ years of apartment industry experience
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience
- Strong customer service, sales, hospitality, or leasing skills
- Weekend availability, including a rotating Saturday schedule
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- A valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
