We are seeking a Part-Time Assistant Property Manager to join our skilled, diverse, and dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to grow professionally while providing excellent customer service and supporting the smooth operations of community associations, condos, and HOAs. Position: Assistant Property Manager Location: Deerfield Beach, FL 33441 Hourly Rate: $17.00/hour Schedule: 15hrs/wk. Part -time, Monday–Friday 12:00pm-3:00pm  The Assistant Property Manager supports daily operations of residential properties by assisting the primary Property Manager with resident inquiries, maintenance coordination, financial tasks, and recordkeeping. This role also includes vendor management, event coordination, compliance enforcement, and general administrative duties to ensure smooth property management and community operations. Responsibilities: Assist Property Manager with daily operations and special projects Provide front desk support: answer phones, greet residents/guests, and manage inquiries Coordinate maintenance requests, work orders, and inspections Communicate with residents and vendors in a professional manner Maintain records, files, and association documents Assist with vendor management, proposals, and project tracking Support Board meetings and prepare summaries Help enforce community rules and follow up on violations Manage office operations, supplies, and general administrative tasks Qualifications: High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Previous experience in property management or a related field preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to manage relationships with residents, owners, and vendors. Proficient in property management software, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Adobe, and cloud file servers. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
