The Retreat at Dry Creek is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Assistant Manager to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their property management career while working alongside a supportive and successful management team.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 1 year of apartment industry experience
- Minimum of 1 year of Section 42 Tax Credit experience
- Strong customer service, leasing, and resident relations skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive community
What You'll Do
As the Assistant Manager, you'll play a key role in the daily success of the community by supporting property operations and helping deliver an exceptional resident experience. Responsibilities include:
- Processing applications and resident renewals
- Supporting occupancy and leasing goals
- Assisting with rent increases and revenue management
- Helping prepare for management reviews and inspections
- Serving as a resource for residents and team members
- Assisting with property operations in the Manager's absence
- Building strong relationships with residents, vendors, and team members
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and affordable housing requirements
