What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 3 years of apartment industry experience
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Experience processing applications and resident paperwork
  • Exceptional customer service and communication abilities
  • Leasing experience preferred
  • Weekend availability required
  • Flexibility to work occasional holidays as needed
