What You'll Do:
- Deliver outstanding customer service to current and prospective residents
- Conduct community tours and showcase our exceptional apartment homes and amenities
- Assist with leasing activities and resident retention efforts
- Support daily administrative and operational functions
- Help maintain resident files and ensure accurate documentation
- Partner with the management team to create a welcoming and professional community atmosphere
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum of 2 years of apartment industry experience
- Strong customer service, sales, hospitality, and communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
- Weekend availability required
