About the Role

Description

If you enjoy working with people, staying organized, and being part of a steady, supportive on-site team, this role could be a great next step.

We’re looking for an Associate Property Manager to support our community at Presidio Square Apartments. You’ll partner closely with an experienced Property Manager and an on-site team that values communication, follow-through, and treating residents with respect.

This is a hands-on role that blends operations with meaningful resident interaction. You won’t be doing it alone, and you’ll have room to learn, grow, and build confidence in all areas of property management.

What you’ll enjoy about this role

  • Working side-by-side with a supportive, experienced Property Manager
  • A stable community with established systems and expectations
  • Clear structure with variety in your day
  • A team that values empathy, teamwork, and accountability
  • Opportunity to grow within Harmoniq Residential and the Inland Family of Companies

What you’ll do

  • Support daily operations of the property alongside the Property Manager
  • Assist residents with questions, concerns, and account support in a professional, approachable way
  • Help with rent collection and resident accounts, with guidance and support
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure work is completed properly and on time
  • Support leasing activities as needed, including tours and resident communication
  • Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with company policies and fair housing requirements
  • Contribute to a positive, welcoming community environment

Requirements

What we’re looking for

  • 2–3 years of residential property management or leasing experience
  • A customer-service mindset and genuine care for residents
  • Comfort learning financial processes like rent collection and reporting
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to stay organized in a busy environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Experience with Yardi, MRI, Entrata, or AppFolio is helpful, but not required
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure

Compensation and benefits

  • Competitive pay
  • Three medical plan options
  • Dental and vision coverage
  • Flexible Spending Plan
  • Short-term and long-term disability
  • 401(k) participation starting with your first paycheck
  • Company-paid life insurance
  • Educational assistance
  • Generous PTO and paid company holidays
