About the Role:
RDE Capital Group LLC is seeking for an enthusiastic and driven Leasing Consultant to join the team at The Crest in Dallas, TX. This position reports to the Property Manager. A successful leasing consultant completes the following tasks in an exemplary manner.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for listing price of units on the market
Place property on market for existing owners - AppFolio / Facebook
Marketing Duties:
Process photographs
Take leased properties off the market.
Contact prospects wanting to tour units.
Schedule tours of vacant units
Provide unit access to prospects.
Receive identification forms from prospects to allow self-guided tours.
Direct Prospect to website to complete the application process.
Leasing Duties
Create a working applicant profile for property manager approval.
Email working applicant to broker/owner with recommendations
Get applicant approved through broker/owner.
Complete showing report activity for property manager / broker
Request secure deposit and document security deposit received from working applicant.
Request and secure proof of utilities from working applicant
Request and secure proof of renter insurance
Issue confirmation letter to all approved working applicants / copy Property Manager
Prepare lease and addendums for working applicants’ signature(s)
Upload signed lease by all parties (including broker) and supporting documents (proof of utilities, renters’ insurance) to tenant profile in AppFolio.
Complete the move-in flow process into the unit in AppFolio.
Provide access code to tenant for move in
Verify move-in checklist is complete.
Share all leasing documents with Tenant.
Process Monthly renewals provide 120 days advance notice to residents
Provide renewal update report to Manager / Broker.
Update/ complete work order report on a daily basis. ( correct frequency if I got it wrong).
Any other duties assigned or delegated by the Property Manager

About the job,
Markets and leases apartments at a multi-tenant community on behalf of RDE Capital Group, LLC. Leasing and property management services are rendered to the owner in a way that is satisfactory to the owner and resident within established economic parameters. The results are achieved through collaboration and execution strategies established between the Real Estate Broker, Property Owner, and the Regional Manager.
The leasing consultant has the responsibility of maximizing the performance and value of a defined multifamily investment and residential properties and for maintaining a minimum of 97% occupancy throughout the portfolio.

Compensation: Starting rate is $20/hour.
Requirements:
- Prior leasing, sales, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first attitude
- Familiarity with property management software (e.g., Yardi, RealPage, or similar)
- Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and leasing compliance standards
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work weekends as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
