  • We are seeking a CBH Rentals Resident Manager to join our amazing CBH Rentals team!

SUMMARY:

This position plays a key role in the overall success of CBH Rentals. We’re seeking a Community Manager to assist with our multi-family units in various communities. You will actively participate in leasing and marketing of the community to maximize occupancy, meet and greet prospective residents and vendors in a professional and enthusiastic manner. In this role, you will work with a variety of people to build relationships and provide the highest level of customer service. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee daily operations of the community.
  • Conduct regular property inspections and identify areas requiring attention.
  • Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure timely completion of work orders and property projects.
  • Monitor curb appeal and community appearance.
  • Achieve and maintain occupancy goals.
  • Oversee leasing activities and ensure effective follow-up with prospects.
  • Review traffic, leasing, and conversion reports.
  • Monitor market conditions and competitor communities.
  • Implement marketing and outreach strategies to drive traffic and leases.
  • Foster positive resident relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Address resident concerns, complaints, and escalated issues promptly and professionally.
  • Oversee resident retention initiatives and renewal strategies.
  • Help to coordinate resident events and community engagement programs.
  • Ensure lease compliance and enforce community policies fairly and consistently.
  • Monitor rent collections and delinquency reports.
  • Supervise, train, coach, and develop onsite team members.
  • Ensure proper staffing levels and scheduling.
  • Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate resident files and documentation.
  • Oversee lease administration and renewal processes.
  • Ensure safety procedures are followed throughout the community.
  • Assist with audits, inspections, and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with contractors and vendors.
  • Obtain bids and oversee vendor performance.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Highly organized, flexible, dependable and quick to respond.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Strong critical thinking skills to evaluate and process applications.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work well with others (individually and in a team), with a high degree of self- awareness.
  • A background in leasing, marketing or other facets of the rental industry.
  • Salesforce experience and knowledge are a plus.
  • Community management experience, and Appfolio Leasing/Sales/Property Management knowledge and background are a plus.
