Farbman Group is seeking an experienced and motivated Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our commercial property portfolio. The Property Manager will ensure a portfolio of properties are maintained to high standards, drive tenant satisfaction, and maximize financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of property operations including leasing, maintenance, tenant relations, and financial management.
- Develop and implement property budgets, monitor expenses, and prepare financial reports.
- Coordinate with maintenance staff and vendors to ensure properties are well-maintained and repairs are completed promptly.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing concerns professionally and promptly.
- Manage lease agreements, renewals, and compliance with lease terms.
- Assist in marketing vacancies and attracting new tenants.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in commercial property management.
- Strong knowledge of property management principles, lease administration, and budgeting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in property management software such as Yardi is a plus.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Must hold a valid Indiana Real Estate License.
