What You’ll Do
As a Community Manager, you’ll own the full lifecycle of your portfolio and serve as the trusted partner to Boards and homeowners.
Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as the primary liaison to Boards of Directors and homeowners
- Leading Board meetings,preparing agendas, and ensuring timely follow-up
- Managing association operations in alignment with governing documents and management agreements
- Reviewing financials and budgets, providing insight and recommendations
- Overseeing vendors, contracts, and capital projects
- Managing compliance, collections, and risk awareness
- Conducting site inspections and maintaining community standards
- Coordinating with internal teams, including the Client Shared Service Center

Work Environment
This is a highly interactive, relationship-driven role. You’ll spend time in the office, in the field, and working with communities. Local travel within your portfolio is required.
Qualifications
Required:
- Direct HOA / Community Management experience
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with Boards
- Working knowledge of financials, budgets, and operational planning
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and communities effectively
- Organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset
- Industry certifications/licenses (CMCA, CCAM, AMS, etc.)
- Drug and background screening required
