Auburn Brook Apartments is looking for an energetic and motivated Community Manager to lead our beautiful community in the heart of Castle Rock, Colorado.

What You'll Do
- Lead the daily operations of a luxury apartment community.
- Inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing onsite team.
- Drive occupancy, resident retention, and financial performance.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to residents and prospects.
- Oversee leasing, renewals, budgeting, rent collections, and compliance.
- Partner with the Regional Manager to achieve operational goals.
- Foster a positive workplace culture built on teamwork, accountability, and excellence.
Requirements
What We're Looking For
- Previous apartment community management experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience with budgeting, financial reporting, and resident relations.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Yardi experience is a plus.
- A positive attitude with a passion for customer service and team development.
