Touro Property Management is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Community Manager to lead day-to-day operations at one of our residential communities. This role requires a proactive leader who excels in customer service, team development, and property performance. The ideal candidate is passionate about creating a thriving, inclusive community while achieving financial and operational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, train, and motivate onsite staff to perform at their best.
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and development plans.
Resident Experience
- Foster a welcoming, inclusive environment for residents.
- Handle resident communications and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Financial & Operational Oversight
- Manage budgets, rent collection, financial reporting, and expense control.
- Oversee leasing strategies to drive occupancy and revenue goals.
Compliance & Vendor Management
- Ensure adherence to Fair Housing and regulatory standards.
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate property maintenance and improvements.
Marketing & Community Engagement
- Implement creative marketing strategies to attract and retain residents.
- Organize events and initiatives that build community engagement.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required; degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of property management experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office.
- Strong financial acumen and budgeting experience.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
