What You'll Do
- Own the overall operation of the community: leasing, resident relations, maintenance, and financial performance
- Drive occupancy, revenue, and property value while controlling expenses
- Manage core processes: marketing, accounts receivable/payable, budgeting, and vendor relations
- Recruit, lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team
- Identify and solve problems to keep the property on track
- Communicate performance and needs with the Regional Supervisor and relevant teams
What You Bring
- Minimum 5 years in property management or a related field
- Experience supervising staff, with strong leadership skills
- Knowledge of fair housing laws and applicable regulations
- Knowledge of financial and budgeting principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; valid driver's license
