What You’ll Be Doing
As our Community Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of the property — leading operations, inspiring your team, and creating a welcoming environment for all. Key responsibilities include:
Leading daily operations with professionalism and positivity
Coaching and developing your team to thrive
Managing budgets, rent collections, and resident communications
Overseeing leasing processes and compliance
Coordinating maintenance and ensuring curb appeal
Handling resident concerns with empathy and efficiency
Reporting to the Asset Director and supporting client communications
Promoting safety, compliance, and community engagement
Other tasks assigned
Who You Are
We’re looking for someone who brings energy, leadership, and a passion for people. The ideal candidate will have:
2+ years of multi-family leasing management experience
Strong financial and administrative skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
A high school diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
Proficiency in MS Office and property management software
Bilingual skills (a plus, but not required)
A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
