We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused, and results-driven Community Manager - RD I (Part-Time - approx 25hr/wk) to lead the daily operations of the community while fostering an exceptional resident experience, supporting team success, and driving property performance. What You'll Be Doing As our Community Manager - RD I, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the community while leading your team to achieve operational, financial, and resident satisfaction goals. Key responsibilities include: • Leading and managing the daily operations of the community, providing direction, support, and accountability for onsite team members • Managing property financial performance, including budgeting, rent collections, accounts receivable, and expense control • Supporting occupancy, leasing, and resident retention goals through outstanding customer service and operational leadership • Reviewing applications, lease documentation, and resident files to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements • Preparing operational and financial reports while communicating property performance, challenges, and opportunities to leadership • Coordinating with maintenance staff, vendors, and contractors to ensure the community is well-maintained and operating efficiently • Responding to resident concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting positive resident relations • Conducting property inspections to ensure curb appeal, safety standards, and regulatory compliance are maintained • Coaching, developing, and supporting team members to foster engagement, accountability, and professional growth • Ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations, company policies, and applicable local, state, and federal laws • Responding appropriately to emergencies and maintaining community safety standards • Performing other duties as assigned Who You Are We're looking for someone who brings strong leadership, operational expertise, and a passion for delivering exceptional service. The ideal candidate will have: • Two or more years of multifamily property management experience required, including leasing and operational oversight experience • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop team members • Experience managing budgets, rent collections, accounts receivable, and property financial performance • Excellent customer service, communication, and conflict-resolution skills • Strong organizational abilities with exceptional attention to detail and time management skills • Ability to effectively prioritize responsibilities and manage multiple projects simultaneously • Experience coordinating vendors, contractors, and property improvement initiatives • Professional verbal and written communication skills • High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree in Business, Property Management, or a related field preferred • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel • Experience with Yardi, ResMan, OneSite, or other property management software preferred • Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and multifamily housing compliance requirements preferred • Bilingual skills are a plus but not required • Valid driver's license, current automobile insurance, and reliable transportation required Why You'll Love Working With Us We believe in taking care of our team just as much as our residents.
