Description
Are you an experienced Affordable Housing leader ready to make an impact?
Celtic Property Management is seeking a highly experienced Community Manager to lead Vineyard Estates, a community that includes HUD, Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC), and Market Rate housing. This position requires a confident leader who can balance compliance, operations, customer service, occupancy, and team development while maintaining the highest standards of excellence.
We're Looking For:
- Minimum 3–5+ years of Community Manager experience.
- Extensive experience with HUD Section 8, LIHTC (Tax Credit), and Market Rate housing.
- Strong knowledge of:
- HUD regulations
- LIHTC compliance
- EIV
- MOR audits
- REAC inspections
- Federal Fair Housing requirements
- Proven experience leading and developing successful onsite teams.
- Strong budgeting, financial reporting, and occupancy management experience.
- Experience with resident recertifications, compliance, and annual renewals.
- Proficiency with Yardi is strongly preferred.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly preferred.
