The Nutrition Group’s family of support services includes K-12 Meal Services, Commissary, Custodial and Maintenance Management, Business and Industry, and Consulting. Currently, we operate in Florida, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Michigan, South Carolina and Virginia.

Who is Facilities Management Systems?

Facilities Management Systems (FMS) is a company of The Nutrition Group which operates the Custodial and Maintenance Management. FMS has been operating since 1986.

About the Job:

Leadership and supervision of custodial &/or maintenance staff
Staffing analysis
Secure bids specifications from vendors
Order of supplies /equipment
Safety awareness/training
Daily communications with school directors and/or administration.

Qualifications:

Facilities Management experience
Building & Grounds experience
HVAC, Plumbing, Carpentry, Electric knowledge
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Computer Proficiency
Must obtain clearances and pass criminal background checks
