Facilities Manager
Facilities Management
The Facilities Manager will:
- Conduct facility assessments. Assist in the development of a Master plan for building infrastructure improvement.
- Provide administrative and technical support for all major projects.
- Provide a safe, comfortable environment of care ensuring our patients, visitors, physicians and staff have a positive experience.
- Recommend projects or programs that would improve experiences with respect to environment of care.
- Assure compliance with building codes and safety and health requirements including BOCA, Joint Commission, OSHA and the Board of Health.
Requirements:
- BS in Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years Hospital experience in a comparable position.
- ASCHE certification desired.
- Must have knowledge of governing codes such as NFPA, OSHA, BOCA, Joint Commission, etc.
- Valid and in good standing driver’s license issued by the state of New Jersey preferred due to the possibility of driving a facility vehicle to our various locations.
Salary Range: 119,283.00 - 190,791.00 USD
We offer competitive base rates that are determined by many factors, including job-related work experience, internal equity, and industry-specific market data. In addition to base salary, some positions may be eligible for clinical certification pay and shift differentials.
The salary range listed for exempt positions reflects full-time compensation and will be prorated based on employment status.
