About the Role


The Facilities Manager is responsible for the overall maintenance of the center. This includes the repair and upkeep of bowling and gaming equipment, setup and management of technology-based systems, and interior and exterior maintenance. This position is also tasked with training, developing, and coaching team members to ensure smooth operations, a safe environment for all, and a top-notch guest experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of facility and maintenance.
  • Uphold operational procedures, quality standards, and safety protocols to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor operations and use of all equipment and systems.
  • Lead, support, and develop the facilities team.
  • Manage staffing, training, and hiring for respective departments.
  • Oversee parts inventory and equipment orders.
  • Coordinate with the management team regarding necessary repairs and staffing.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental requirements and policies.
  • Other duties as assigned.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be 18 years of age.
  • Basic working knowledge of hand tools is required.
  • A minimum of 3 years of mechanical experience is preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. frequently; up to 40 lbs. occasionally
  • Understanding and knowledge of electronics, computers, mechanics, and hydraulics.
  • Knowledge of Audio/Visual equipment preferred.
  • General knowledge of related OSHA regulations and safety practices.
  • Able to pass background checks and pre-employment drug screening
  • Excellent time management, problem-solving, and organization skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
