About the Role
PRK Williams Companies is looking for a Facilities & Property Manager to oversee maintenance, cleaning, and property management operations across company locations. This leadership role is responsible for maintaining safe, functional, and well-managed properties while developing operational strategies and long-term plans for company assets.
The Facilities & Property Manager will lead staff, coordinate vendors and stakeholders, oversee maintenance and property needs, and identify opportunities to improve operations and create value. This position requires a proactive, organized leader with strong knowledge of building maintenance, property management, and team leadership who can balance strategic planning with day-to-day operational needs.
What You'll Do
Lead property operations: Oversee maintenance, cleaning, and property management activities across company locations while ensuring operations support company goals and business needs.
Plan and improve operations: Develop short- and long-term strategies, schedules, processes, and procedures that improve consistency, efficiency, and risk management across locations.
Manage property assets: Develop and implement long-term asset management plans and an Asset Integrity program to support the safety, effectiveness, and condition of company properties.
Lead the team: Retain, coach, and develop team members while setting clear expectations, providing feedback, and promoting accountability and ownership.
Coordinate projects and partnerships: Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders on property needs and larger projects, including gathering bids and preparing estimates.
Build strong relationships: Maintain positive relationships with residents, vendors, customers, and internal departments while ensuring operations align with contractual and partnership expectations.
Identify opportunities: Look for ways to create additional value through property management services and the addition or expansion of services.
Maintain safe, functional properties: Oversee inventory and equipment, snow removal, maintenance needs, and compliance with company safety policies and applicable health and safety requirements.
Support field operations: Assist with maintenance and property management duties in the field when needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For
5–10 years of experience in property management and/or staff supervision.
Understanding of building maintenance, repairs, and construction management processes.
Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a results-driven, client-focused approach.
Ability to build positive relationships and work effectively with residents, vendors, customers, and internal teams.
Strong teamwork, composure, and professionalism in a variety of situations.
Proficiency with computer programs, including Microsoft Excel.
Ability to lift materials and stand for extended periods of time.
Positive, self-motivated, and proactive approach to the work.
