Overview
Role: Director of Facilities
Join Campus Services Group (CSG) as a Director of Facilities! In this leadership role, you’ll oversee all campus and facility operations, including Facilities, Grounds, Custodial Services, and Project Management for a day school in your area. You’ll manage a team and coordinate with outside contractors, ensuring the campus is clean, safe, and well-maintained. Pay Rate

Responsibilities
- Oversee campus facilities, grounds, custodial services, and project management.
- Manage a team of staff, contractors, and vendors, ensuring performance, training, and development.
- Ensure clear communication on facilities, construction, and safety projects within the school community.
- Develop and manage the annual facilities budget, review invoices, and oversee preventive maintenance programs.
- Conduct inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and adherence to standards.
- Manage sustainability initiatives and collaborate with school departments on on-campus events.
- Oversee CMMS to ensure timely completion of work orders and maintenance tasks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Management, Civil or Mechanical Engineering, Facilities, or Construction Management (preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in facility/building/property management or construction management, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role (educational setting experience preferred).
- Expertise in at least two technical trades (plumbing, carpentry, mechanical, electrical, roofing, HVAC, or other building trades).
- Basic computer skills (preferred).
- Strong leadership and communication skills, both oral and written.
- Ability to maintain records and complete reports as required.
- Ability to interact positively with the client, staff, and the public.
- Must comply with COVID-19 vaccination policies as required.
- Must provide a criminal background check.
