Job Description Summary

Responsible for all aspects of C&W SERVICES operations at all client owned facilities. Includes, but not limited to contract deliverables and service delivery, safety performance, operational performance, financial performance, and administrative performance.

Job Functions and Responsibilities

• Schedule: Monday-Friday (Monday-Thursday 7:00am-4:00pm, Friday 7:00am-11:00am).
• Direct and oversee all facility operations and service delivery programs across assigned commercial properties or accounts. 
• Manage integrated services that may include:  
  • Maintenance and engineering operations 
  • Janitorial and custodial services 
  • Grounds and landscaping services 
  • Office services and workplace support 
  • Vendor and contractor management 
• Ensure facilities are maintained in a safe, compliant, and efficient manner while meeting client expectations and service level agreements (SLAs). 
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence. 

Client Relationship Management

• Serve as the primary client contact and trusted advisor for facility-related matters.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, business reviews, and proactive issue resolution.
• Manage client expectations and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Financial & Business Management

• Develop, manage, and monitor annual operating budgets.

• Support account financial performance, including P&L management, forecasting, cost controls, and variance reporting.

• Identify opportunities for operational efficiencies and cost savings.

• Assist with contract administration, scope management, and other financial reporting requirements.

Vendor & Contract Management

• Manage relationships with third-party vendors, suppliers, and service providers.

• Ensure vendor performance meets contractual obligations, quality standards, and safety requirements.

• Conduct regular vendor evaluations and support competitive bidding and procurement activities when required.

Leadership & Team Development

• Lead, coach, and develop facility teams to achieve operational and business objectives.

• Promote a culture of safety, accountability, customer service, and continuous improvement.

• Conduct performance evaluations, workforce planning, and employee development activities.

• Ensure adequate staffing and training to support service delivery requirements.

Safety & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with all applicable safety regulations, environmental requirements, and company policies.

• Support workplace safety programs and foster a strong safety culture.

• Maintain accurate documentation related to inspections, compliance activities, and operational procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

• 5+ years of experience in facilities management, operations management, property management, or a related field.

• Experience managing multiple facility service lines within a commercial environment.

• Proven experience in client relationship management and customer-facing leadership roles.

• Experience managing budgets, financial reporting, forecasting, and P&L responsibilities.

• Demonstrated success leading and developing facility operations teams.

• Strong knowledge of vendor management, contract administration, and procurement processes.

• Excellent communication, organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency with facility management technologies, CMMS platforms, and Microsoft Office applications.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.

The compensation for the position is: $ 72,250.00 - $85,000.00
