StateStreet Group, LLC is seeking a Self-Storage Property Manager to join our team! The Self-Storage Property Manager oversees daily operations of Need Space Self Storage in Hernando, MS. Responsibilities include customer service, renting storage units, rent collection, occupancy management, marketing, budgeting, financial reporting, and property maintenance. The manager ensures units are well-maintained and rented efficiently, meets or exceeds occupancy and NOI targets, and provides a professional, responsive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations
- Collect rent, pursue delinquencies, and manage accounts
- Promote facility through marketing and advertising
- Conduct property walkthroughs and ensure unit readiness
- Submit reports and track key performance indicators
Requirements
- Strong administrative, accounting, and organizational skills
- Ability to walk property, lift 30lbs, and work in various conditions
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Valid Driver's License
- Must be able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug test
