• Assistant Property Manager (Chelsea Legacy) - $28.00-$31.00 per hour plus a $2,500.00 sign-on bonus
• Administrative Assistant (Chelsea Legacy) - $24.00-$25.00 per hour
• Property Manager II (Chelsea Legacy) - $83,000.00-$88,000.00 annually 
• Assistant Property Manager (Spencer Green) - $26.00-$29.00 per hour plus a $2,500.00 sign-on bonus
• Property Manager I (Spencer Green) - $85,000.00-$90,000.00 annually
