About the Role:
Westport Properties is looking for a motivated and organized HOA Property Manager to join our growing team in Bloomington, MN. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of community relationships, oversee daily operations, and make a real impact for homeowners and associations alike. Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for HOA boards and homeowners, addressing inquiries and resolving disputes
- Oversee day-to-day community operations including maintenance, vendor coordination, and inspections
- Prepare and manage annual budgets, reserve funds, and financial reporting for assigned associations
- Coordinate and attend HOA board meetings, prepare agendas, and record meeting minutes
- Ensure community compliance with CC&Rs, bylaws, and local ordinances
- Solicit bids, negotiate contracts, and manage relationships with third-party vendors and contractors
- Process violations, delinquencies, and architectural review requests in a timely manner
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in HOA or community association management
- Strong knowledge of HOA governing documents, budgeting, and compliance
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in property management software (e.g., AppFolio, Share Point, Microsoft)
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple communities simultaneously
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
