The Property Management Intern will have an opportunity to gain valuable industry experience in Property Management

Property Management Intern

8 weeks

 8:30-5:00pm.   Flex hours available to attend optional after-hours board meetings and or attend desired learning opportunities.

 Doral office, Sunrise Office and Hybrid

·         Assist Property Management leaders in key projects

·         Provide support for meetings  

·         Participate in shadowing opportunities with VPs, District Managers and Property Managers

·         Other Duties as assigned.

 

  • Currently enrolled and in good standing in a college degree program
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

 

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

 

This job operates in a clerical, office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
