Job DetailsJob Location: The Grand - SFH - Rexburg, ID 83440Salary Range: $10.80 - $16.20 HourlySouth Fork Housing is currently seeking a Leasing Agent. This position oversees property maintenance throughout the enterprise. SFH has over 1700 leased spaces in Idaho. The properties include Student Housing at Brigham Young University- Idaho in Rexburg, ID and single-family housing. The Leasing Agent will primarily be focused on: Leasing & Resident Relations Support recruiting and lease up activities for the site. Complete tours and respond to potential tenant inquiries, etc. Help residents renew or complete initial lease. Receive and address tenant complaints and issues timely and through resolution. Marketing, Activities & Events Assist in advertising activities and distribution. Assist in planning and execution of complex activities and events. Site Operations & Resident Services Follow company safety standards and report issues. Complete clean checks as required. Sort and organize mail. Organize packages and notify tenants of packages in office. QualificationsThe preferred candidate for the Leasing Agent will have the following: Experience in property management, student housing management, sales, or a related field. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong computer skills and able to learn company systems and processes. Adheres to the company’s values and ethical expectations. Able to effectively multitask. Strong organizational skills and attention to details. Excellent customer service skills.
