You’ll start by checking messages and scheduled appointments, then spend much of the day walking the community with prospects—opening doors, answering real-time questions, and helping people picture themselves at home. Between visits, you’ll stay visible and welcoming at the front office, keeping communication flowing and ensuring each interaction feels positive and respectful. The best days end with keys changing hands and new residents feeling genuinely supported from their first hello.
