We’re seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant to join the launch of a stunning new 276-unit luxury community located directly on the Columbia River in Washougal, Washington. This is a rare opportunity to be part of a brand-new Class A property from the ground up - helping bring an upscale vision to life while delivering an exceptional resident experience.  Schedule: Saturday-Wednesday 9am-6pm Pay: $22.00- $22.50 + Commisions!    Position Overview: As a Lease-Up Leasing Consultant, you will play a critical role in driving occupancy, generating excitement, and creating a lasting first impression for prospective residents. Employees must also be able to comprehend written documents such as work orders, safety rules, instructions, policies, and procedures.
