Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated Part-Time Leasing Agent to support leasing activities at our multifamily community. This role focuses on prospect engagement, property tours, applications, follow-ups, and resident service while supporting occupancy and leasing goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to prospect inquiries and conduct timely follow-ups.
- Conduct property tours and present apartments, amenities, pricing, and lease terms.
- Assist prospects with applications and leasing requirements.
- Support the leasing process through move-in.
- Maintain accurate prospect and resident records.
- Assist with renewals, transfers, and resident retention.
- Provide professional resident service and address leasing questions.
- Coordinate with property management and maintenance teams.
- Support marketing, outreach, and community leasing activities.
- Maintain accurate leasing documentation and records.
- Follow Fair Housing and property-specific requirements.
- Support leasing, sales, and occupancy goals.
Required Qualifications
- 6 months to 1 year of multifamily leasing or property management experience preferred.
- Bilingual proficiency preferred.
- Strong sales, customer service, and communication skills.
- Experience with CRM or property management software preferred.
- Strong follow-up, organization, and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Fair Housing requirements preferred.
- Spanish proficiency preferred.
- Ability to work part-time and meet leasing and customer service expectations.
