This Is More Than a Job — It’s Your Opportunity to Make a Difference

Duties and Responsibilities:

Answer phones and email for the property
Maintain cleanliness of storage units and tour path
Know your occupancy, available inventory, and which units are ready for tours
Run leasing applications
Prepare leasing agreements, review with new customers, and ensure complete and accurate lease files

Qualifications 

High School education or equivalent
Able to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
You have previous clerical/administrative experience and experience with office computers and software
Able to speak to customers and maintain good working relations with other team members and any contract laborers working on the property
