What You'll Do
As a Leasing Consultant II, you'll play a key role in creating a positive experience for both prospective and current residents by:
Welcoming and assisting prospective residents with warmth and professionalism
Conducting community and apartment tours
Managing leasing applications and move-in documentation
Supporting lease renewals and resident retention efforts
Coordinating move-in and move-out inspections
Maintaining resident files and ensuring compliance standards are met
Collaborating closely with property management and compliance teams

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
At least 2 years of leasing or property management experience
Valid driver's license required
Ability to obtain Fair Housing certification within six months of hire
