PROPERTY MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATES is seeking a Full Time Leasing Consultant for an amazing 304-unit apartment community located in Carson, CA. Compensation $19.50-$23.00 per hour/40 hours per week Medical, dental, and vision insurance Earn $100 per new lease and $50 per renewal. Responsibilities: Conduct property tours with prospective tenants, showcasing the community's features and amenities, and turn prospects into residents Guide applicants through the application process and execute lease signings efficiently Assist in marketing efforts to attract new tenants and promote property vacancies Effectively turn prospects into residents by providing a seamless and positive leasing experience Qualifications: Must have excellent verbal & written communication skills Energetic, fun-going personality and excellent people skills Exceptional leasing, sales and marketing skills Familiar with rental application process and lease signings Proficiency with computers, including a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Proven success using various online and social media platforms for marketing Proficient with Yardi Voyager a plus One weekend day is required PMA offers a competitive benefits package to all full-time employees, including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance with an employer contribution 401(k) with discretionary company contribution after one year Short-term & Long-term Disability Critical Illness/Accident/Hospital Indemnity Plans Generous Paid Time Off: Time off benefits include vacation, holidays, and sick time We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
