Description

Wesley Apartment Homes is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join our outstanding team in at our Station 75 Apartment Community located in Locust Grove. This is a full-time temporary-to-permanent opportunity, offering the potential for permanent employment based on performance, attendance, and business needs.

As a Leasing Consultant, you'll be the face of our community, providing exceptional service to prospective and current residents while helping maximize occupancy.


Compensation

  • Starting pay: $17.00 per hour
  • Monthly commission opportunities

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service through phone calls, appointments, tours, and follow-up communications.
  • Serve as the first point of contact and create a welcoming experience for prospective and current residents.
  • Convert qualified prospects into new residents by effectively presenting the community and its amenities.
  • Respond promptly to telephone, email, and internet inquiries.
  • Assist with community marketing initiatives to increase traffic and leasing activity.
  • Conduct market surveys and monitor competitor pricing and offerings.
  • Address resident questions and concerns professionally and with empathy.
  • Maintain accurate leasing records and support overall office operations.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and customer service experience.
  • Previous apartment leasing experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work rotating weekends.
  • Reliable transportation required.
  • Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening.

Physical Requirements

  • Primarily sedentary work in an office setting with occasional outdoor activity.
  • Occasionally lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
  • Frequent walking, standing, talking, hearing, and close visual work.
  • Walking the property and operating a golf cart may be required.
