About the Role:
As a Leasing Consultant, you will play a pivotal role on our property management team. Your primary objective will be to ensure high occupancy rates by effectively leasing available units and providing exceptional customer service to current and prospective tenants. You will conduct property tours, answer inquiries, and assist potential tenants in the application process, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish. You will provide outstanding service to current residents and support your property management team.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or property management.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in property management.
- Familiarity with Yardi and other property management software.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct property tours and showcase available units to prospective tenants.
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing detailed information about the properties.
- Assist potential tenants with the application process, including screening and lease signing.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants.
- Maintain positive relationships with current residents and address any concerns or issues they may have.
- Support your property management team.
