What You'll Do As a Leasing Consultant, you'll play a vital role in the success of our community by: Greeting prospects with enthusiasm and professionalism Conducting engaging apartment tours that showcase our community Following up with prospects and converting leads into new residents Assisting applicants throughout the leasing process Providing exceptional customer service to current and future residents Supporting resident retention and community events Assisting with outreach marketing and social media efforts Working closely with your teammates to create a positive, welcoming community   QualificationsWhat We're Looking For We're searching for someone who is energetic, dependable, and genuinely enjoys working with people.
